As roomates at the end of our long and treacherous journey through college ( ok it wasn’t THAT terrible) we began exploring the world of fitness. No longer were we young girls that could hop on the treadmill while reading a book, we had to kick our butts into gear to maintain a fitness level that previously was a piece of cake… figuratively. From college days to hard work schedules and mommy-hood we have been quite the fitness experimenters. The two of us have probably attempted more fitness routines, products, and supplements than anyone we know, so why not share that wealth of information with you, our beautiful fit readers ?
